Our Story
Co-owners Steve Sirinides and Andy Laing proudly present Milk & Honey Ice Cream.
By utilizing small-batch, handmade techniques and a lifelong passion for food, they strive to infuse the essence of their heritage into every scoop of Milk & Honey ice cream—combining Scottish dairy with Greek expertise.
Staying true to this straightforward vision has led to Milk & Honey being featured in The Times on four occasions - as well as partnering with prestigious colleagues and friends - Cromlix, Fingal Hotel
and Nick Nairn.

With a dedicated team, and growing M&H family of fans, Milk & Honey Ice Cream is being served and retailed across Scotland in restaurants, farm shops and artisan foodmakers.

Single-serving tubs

Replete with paper spoon in the lid, we launched these in December 2025 and made 6000 cups for the Macrobert Arts Centre panto & cinema - to great feedback and review.

Family tubs
455ml/350g (minimum weight)
Our biggest seller.
The 'average' member of the M&H family buys 2.4 tubs at a time.
There are thousands of you now - so it's a pretty good metric!

Napoli tubs

For scooping.
Each Napoli tub comfortably serves 35 scoops. The feedback from our trusted partners is that due to the quality you don't need as much M&H.
